Hello, Co. here. Pulpito asked me to drop you all a line. He's currently pouting because I wouldn't let him play fetch with the dog and any electronics. He felt that was terribly unfair and sits pouting away on our other laptop. I'm sure he'll be back as soon as he feels he's made his point. You might be tempted to feel bad for him, that's why I needed to include a photo. He's really just too funny to feel bad for, look at him sitting there stubbornly blocking entrance to the laptop. Funny little dude.

Happy 2nd Anniversary Co.!

Tonight I'm celebrating Co.'s second wedding anniversary - my mommies love each other!!!

Actually, they are out celebrating and I'm here enjoying the quilt that was made for their first Christmas together in 1998. One of my mommies made it for the other. Aren't they cute?! This is the best quilt EVER!! It's warm in the winter, cool in the summer and always soft, with that smell that I can't describe but find so comforting.

Mystic Pizza

After the aquarium "baby" and I took a nap. Apparently it was poor timing on our part as Co. went on to eat lunch at Mystic Pizza. 

Lucky for me, they had some tiny take out which "baby" and I scarfed!

No more stories.

I'm finished with Fiction for awhile. That last story really got out of hand. I never expected to look into the mirror and see a different Pulpito. I was losing myself in the silly story I'd started. 

Back to regular life.

Today I met a huge octopus! I know it sounds like fiction, but look! 

"baby" was a little frightened, my stories weren't a good lead up. But when Co. said I could come to the aquarium with them, I never dreamed there'd be a giant octie wondering around in sneakers.

Something went wrong. I had every attacker in custody when I began to feel weird. "baby" noticed it as well. I wasn't myself. One of those little freaky dudes must have put a spell on me, or drugged me or something.

That thing in the mirror isn't me. 

I wouldn't do that.

Boston's Back Bay

We, "baby" (c'mon, we really need a name!) and me, took Co. (our mommies) on a (small) walking tour of (downtown) Boston on this warm, warm afternoon. Fueling up at Starbucks we wandered down Commonwealth through Back Bay than around and back past a dark alley that made "baby" a tad uncomfortable.

Back Bay is actually really beautiful. I love reading about it's history. Did you know it was once water? I'm always surprised at what people can accomplish. Check this out if you want to learn more about Back Bay.

We're hoping to start doing this time of outing, with Co., "baby" and camera more often. Maybe a few more of our adventures will make it onto this blog.

"baby" noname

Me and "baby" had some debate about who had to be the subject and who would get to take the picture. "baby" won this time, but we both agreed the debate could have been longer and more interesting if we hadn't been distracted with a separate debate about what to call "baby."

My mommies told me to ask (beg, plead, whatever it took) all of you to have a competition. "baby" has no leanings toward either gender, just really wants a name. Since we can't tell whether "baby" is male or female and "baby" doesn't care, it doesn't matter. We just NEED A NAME!

Please help us name "baby."

Castle Grayskull

Now that things seem to be dying down, we've all been working to relax. By chance we came across this Castle Grayskull. Hearing my mommy talk about how shey'd play Barbies in her brother's Castle Grayskull as a child, she decided it was just the therapy we all needed. Me and "baby" only paused our playing for a split second, so we snapped this picture.

Chock Full O' Something.

There have been so many things riding me and weighing me down that I want to throw in the towel. Bury my head in the sand. It's exhausting and NOT how I expected 2008 to begin. What is with people? They find a tiny thread and pull and pull on it until they've removed every stitch of your sanity. 

All I have for you is that vent and an image of how I feel.
